Box Office

You can order tickets by calling the Box Office at 414-382-6044 between 12 noon and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and until showtime on day of show. If a show falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office opens at 2 p.m.

Order tickets online

Tickets purchased online will be mailed if they are ordered at least one week prior to the performance. Tickets purchased the week of the performance will be held at Will Call and can be picked up at the Box Office. Tickets are unavailable for online purchase three hours prior to the performance; to purchase tickets three hours prior to performance, please call the Box Office at 414-382-6044 or purchase your tickets in person at the Box Office.

Accepted Credit Cards

Alverno Presents accepts Visa/MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Handling Fee

There is a $5 handling fee for your entire order, not per ticket. This low handling fee assists with the administrative and supply costs associated with the Box Office.

Seating

The Alverno Presents online ordering system is not a “real time” ordering system. The orders are manually processed for best available seating in the order in which they are received. This allows us to charge one of the least expensive handling fees in the region. If you require wheelchair seating, or have other specific needs, please call the Box Office at 414-382-6044.

Why does my cart say I’m buying a Season Package?

Anyone who purchases tickets to three or more shows automatically qualifies for a Season Package discount (that’s 15% off your entire order)!
